Come with me through my fitness and health journey! Hi!! I'm Filomena I am a sophomore and Varsity football cheerleader. I will be doing different consistent workouts throughout the 12 weeks. By the end i am hoping to see a progression in what i do at cheer. I will hopefully see a great change in body fat and muscle percentage.
